Hugo Salinas Sr. (president) – Hugo is president of New York Energy Conservation Co., Inc. He started the business with his wife Mafalda in 1981. Hugo has extensive experience with insulation and air sealing.

Hugo Salinas Jr.
Hugo A. Salinas Jr. is Vice President here at New York Energy Conservation Co., Inc. with over 16 years experience. He is a graduate of Manhattan College with a BS Degree in Accounting.
Hugo focuses on the everyday tasks of operating a successful business. Hugo is BPI Certified in Building Analyst and Envelope Professional. Hugo is EPA Certified for Lead-Based Paint and is OSHA Certified. Hugo is a BPCA member and ICAA member.
Hugo was honored to receive an award for New York Energy at the February 2010 ACI Conference in Saratoga Springs for “Home Performance with ENERGY STAR© Outstanding New Contractor 2008/2009″ from NYSERDA.
Hugo has recently been appointed to be a member of the Advisory Council for Green Jobs/Green NY.

Mafalda Salinas
Mafalda Salinas (Office Manager) – Mafalda Salinas is the Office Manager here at New York Energy Conservation Co., Inc. with over 30 years of experience. Starting the business in 1981 with her husband Hugo Salinas, Mafalda has experienced all levels of operating a successful business with the exception of being out in the field or with the crews. Mafalda today takes care of all Financing Matters for New York Energy Conservation Co., Inc.

Tim Geary
Tim Geary (Lead Auditor) – Tim Geary is the newest addition to the team. He is the leading auditor at New York Energy Conservation Co., Inc. Tim is a certified building analyst professional. Tim completes all of the energy assessments and is in charge of the Home Performance with Energy Star© program.

Mike Masci
Mike Masci (Lead Estimator) – Mike is certified through BPI. He has extensive experience in the field. Currently, Mike is our lead estimator. If you have any questions concerning insulation, pricing or anything related he is the man to talk to.
